Floor space: 91 285 sqm (high quality apartmentsl) + ~36 215 sqm (offices) + ~51 935 sqm (services)

Notes : Sky Tower will be the highest apartment tower in Poland, and propably the highest building in poland ( with the spire), actually nowbody knows how high it will be in reality. First they have to demolish commie office tower builded in 70's wich is actually the highest building in Wroclaw.
