More than $300 million to be invested in two 45-story buildings in center of Ibn Gvirol Street

Two 45-story prestigious buildings will be built in the center of Ibn Gvirol Street in Tel Aviv, behind an old falafel stand near the former Shekem building, Yedioth Ahronoth has learned.


More than $300 million are expected to be invested in the project, which will be built on a land located between the streets of Arlozorov, Ibn Gvirol and Ben Saruk.


The companies taking part in the project include Africa Israel, controlled by Lev Leviev, and Delek Real Estate, controlled by Yitzhak Tshuva.


According to the plan, more than 500 residential units will be built in the southern area of the project, on an area of about 24 dunams. Two lower buildings will be built over a commercial center on more than 10,000 square meters (107,640 square feet).
