Exactly... Like a subway indeed... It would be awesome if we could integrate all our systems into one, such as running trams on our busways and tunnels like what they have done in Spain... although its integrated with their train system. Check this out thanks to vichase.

En español seguro que me explico mejor jaja, el TRAM es una empresa que gestiona Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana (la misma que Metro de Valencia) opera con tranvias, trenes-tram y trenes, la ciudad principal (por donde el trazado es subterraneo) tiene 325mil habitantes, pero en total las lineas dan servicio a casi 700.000 personas, en los meses de verano daria servicio a unos dos millones, las vias del TRAM discurren en un 90% segregadas y en pequeños tramos sobre plataforma reservada lo que hace que los trenes vallan a una velocidad constante durante todo el trayecto. Las estaciones normalmente son de dos vias, pero las estaciones de trasbordo son la mayoria de 3 y a aparte las estaciones de las principales ciudades/pueblos por donde pasa el TRAM tienen 3 o mas.
