The construction of Ankara-Izmir line will start in 2007 or at the beginning of 2008.

I guess, first Istanbul-Ankara will be finished and then Izmir-Ankara and Bursa will start. Next step will be Istanbul-Kapıkule and Ankara -Sivas.
