¿you can't be serious? i frankly don't see how the hell you can compare these two cities. you can certainly try comparing tel aviv to a city in mexico, but not to its impossibly huge capital. i've been to both of these cities, tel aviv in 1993 and mexico city in 2007, and i just don't know how you're even going to grasp a topic to compare them with. this is like comparing portland oregon to sao paulo, sure they each have their charm, but there's no ****ing way you can seriously try to weigh the two against each other.
