There will be cinema complex with 11 projection rooms (but will not start in Spring 2007), some pubs and restaurants will move here (some of them are old and well known). There will be big shopping mall with shopping arcade going along the tunnel from Central Railway Station.
The tower (and probably most of the caldera-like part) will host offices.
There will be also 4 floor underground parking for 1,700 cars.
