Use: residential (+services): 186 flats, 76 apartments, 14 penthouses, 10 services areas (incl. 2 water pools under glass dome, squash court, fitness etc.), winter garden, parking place for 390 cars
Official WWW site. Animated presentation: "Where blue sea and blue sky meet together". Notes: Will be the highest residential building in Poland when completed (currently highest res. building: Łucka City in Warsaw - 127m (112m to roof, 30 fl.) ).
There's also Sky Tower complex (Sky Tower 1: 222m) U/C in Wroclaw with completion planned for summer 2009.
