I am doing a fast count, theres now about 30 malls u/c. its getting crazy. I dont think every small city needs a mega mall. yesterday in the news they are adding a 4th floor to tverya's new mall u/c, because of demand. almost every city has some mall right now expanding or u/c.
just B-7 has right now 4 new malls u/c.
