Most Israeli's don't know how much work and cost is involved in having a private villa. It is definitely for young people with a lot of energy or someone who is rich who can afford to hire people to take care of the property and it's maintenance.
Most Israeli's live in apartments and have apartment mentalities. The Vad (building committee) will take care of the gardening, cleaning the entrance, fix the leaking roof, change the light bulbs in the hallway, etc.
When you have your own property it is all on you. |
