I made a list of all the existing Thessaloniki highrises and generally 10+storey buildings, which isn't something usual for Thessaloniki greater area as we know. Buildings marked with ''New addition'' have been constructed during the last 10 years, or will be constructed soon. The thread also includes proposals for future highrises and skyscrapers.
Ok, I think we can start.

Chalkidiki Highrises:
Ok, I know Chalkidiki is not Thessaloniki, but considering how close is to it (about 75 km from Thessaloniki), I think I can add two nice highrises from this area. (I found them during the last summer). The buidings are located in Kallithea, one of the most sought - after destinations in the beautiful peninsula of Kassandra.

The future
Are there possibilities for future highrises or skyscrapers? Well, I think yes.
So far we have four proposals for skyscrapers, including those in Athens, the
Elaionas Twin Towers, the
16-storey Piraeus tower and the Thessaloniki ones. All these proposals make us (skyscraper lovers) happy, of course we are talking about proposals, not approved projects (with the exception of the Piraeus tower), but this shows that people's interest about skyscrapers increases every passing day.
We will win
Approved projects:
1)
A new 12-storey office building will be ready by 2011 in downtown Thessaloniki (no renders yet)
2)
A new 12+storey warehouse in the port of Thessaloniki
Proposals:
1)
150 m Calatravas tower proposal:
2) The great one: Three 36-storey skyscrapers proposed by Aristotle university students, now architects:
