I see. It seems like the first high speed rail train in Latin America could be in Mexico.
But as far as I know there will a total of 50 high speed rail lines by 2050 in Mexico, 30 interstate, and 20 suburban lines, by 2020 there will be 10 high speed lines connecting all Mexican major cities.
