Designed by the same architects as the Big Library of Alexandría, the norwegian office Snøhetta. Will be 161 m. high with 45 floors. The tower will be used as hotel of different categories (4 stars, 5 stars and 5 stars - luxury) It will feature also a convention center and shopping center on the low-rise building.
