| I have been in many European Airports and I still think Athens International is really great and very convenient - also very clean. In terms of architecture it is nothing impressive, except if you enjoy simplicity - which it has in big numbers! A further advantage is that you never get lost! After all there is just one big room...  Italian, French, British airports seem to me very tacky, though I have to admit they are old. I was most impressed by Denver International. Really magnificent! An airport that was a surprise to me is Bucharest International. Really nice and modern. I have no idea about Turkish airports, I hope they are as you say. | |||||||||||
