I dont think its only in Israel. Its also all around the world where fluctuating currencies are rising against the Green and other top currencies.....

So Israel is in a basket with other countries...

The shekel-dollar exchange rate is down 0.21% to NIS 3.7582/$, and the shekel-euro exchange rate is up 0.23% to NIS 5.4958/€.

The trading, which points to dollar weakness against the shekel, is in line with the global trend of dollar weakness. The dollar is weaker as treasury officials from members of the G-7 did not criticize the dollar's weakness. There was speculation that the officials would issue a statement criticizing the dollar's weakness, which would point to a possible move in the future to stem the weakness. The failure to do so was seen as a sign that they do not intend to hold back the dollar's fall.

On Friday, the Bank of Israel set the shekel-dollar representative exchange rate at NIS 3.766/$, 0.37% lower than the day before, and set the shekel-euro representative exchange rate at NIS 5.4831/€, 0.193% lower than the day before.
