|  Mirland / Moscow skyscraper Mirland buys out last partner in Moscow Skyscraper project The company plans to begin construction of the 47-storey building in spring 2008. Fishman Holdings’ Russian real estate developer subsidiary Mirland Development Corporation plc (AIM:MLD) has completed the buy-out of its partners in the Skyscraper project at Dmitrovskoe schosse 1 Moscow, near the city’s third ring. Mirland will buy the remaining 21% stake in a Russian company that has the leasehold rights in the land for the project for $4.5 million, less $600,000 of debt owed by the Russian company. The company expects to close the deal by the end of the year. Mirland says that the deal will enable it go ahead with its planned 47-storey 90,000-square meter skyscraper. The company is now completing the design of the building and obtaining the building permits. It expects to begin construction in the spring of 2008. Mirland CEO Moshe Morag, "This final acquisition places us firmly on track for us to commence construction in spring 2008. We remain pleased with the rate of progress in the execution of our strategy since the IPO."

| Croatia / Zagreb nanette second croatia project: 1300 apartments נאנט תשקיע 550 מיליון שקל בבניית דירות בקרואטיה החברה רכשה 45 דונם בזאגרב עליהם תבנה 1,300 דירות בהשקעה של 98 מיליון אירו. ההכנסות מהפרויקט צפויות להגיע ל-733 מיליון שקל נאנט נדל"ן שבשליטת החברות הציבוריות אולימפיה ולוינשטיין ובית ההשקעות ליהמן ברדרס, רכשה קרקע של 45 דונם בזאגרב קרואטיה. על הקרקע תקים החברה 1,300 דירות בשטח בנוי של 90 אלף מ"ר ובהשקעה של 550 מיליון שקל (98 מיליון אירו). החברה צופה כי ההכנסות מהפרויקט יגיעו ל-733 מיליון שקל (130 מיליון אירו). זהו הפרויקט השני של נאנט בזאגרב, וזאת לאחר שנכנסה רק בשנה האחרונה לפעילות בקרואטיה. בשבוע שעבר הכניסה החברה את קרן רוטשילד של הברון אדמונד דה רוטשילד כשותפה (12.5%) בפרוייקט בוורשה פולין להקמת 1,180 דירות בתמורה ל-67 מיליון שקל.

| Romania / Bucharest Danya building 3 15 floor towers in bucharest (titan area): דניה סיבוס מעמיקה את פעילותה בחו"ל, החברה הודיע היום על חתימת עסקה לפיו תשמש דניה סיבוס כקבלן ראשי לביצוע עבודות הנדסיות וקבלניות להקמת מגדלי מגורים וחניון תת קרקעי ברומניה בשכונת טיטיאן שבבוקרשט תמורת כ- 137 מיליון ש"ח . עופר קוטלר, מנכ"ל חברת דניה סיבוס, אמר: "אנו מרוצים מחיזוק מנוף הצמיחה של פעילות החברה ברומניה, עסקה זו היא נדבך נוסף בהתרחבותינו הבינלאומית, עובדה הממחישה את יכולתנו לגוון את מקורות הצמיחה וההכנסה של החברה. קוטלר ציין כי רומניה מהווה יעד אסטרטגי עבור החברה אשר ללא ספק תהפוך לשחקן מפתח בשוק זה בשנים הקרובות,עוד הוסיף קוטלר כי החברה ממשיכה להרחיב את פעילותה הבינלאומית תוך איתור מנועי צמיחה חדשים בשווקים בהם יש לחברה יתרון אסטרטגי אשר באים ויבואו לידי ביטוי בהתמודדות מוצלחת על פרויקטים גדולים בתחומי התשתית והנדל"ן". המבנה כולל כ - 50,000 מ"ר בנוי וממוקם בשכונת טיטאן. בפרויקט יקומו 3 מגדלים בני 15 קומות בהם 393 יחידות דיור מעל חניון דו קומתי תת קרקעי. לוח הזמנים המתוכנן לביצוע הפרויקט הינו 24 חודשים ממועד צו התחלת עבודה. ביצוע הפרויקט יחל במהלך החודש הקרוב. כזכור , דניה סיבוס הקימה את משרדי חברת הבת שלה, דניה סיבוס רום, ברומניה החברה הרחיבה במחצית הראשונה של שנת 2007 את פעילותה ברוסיה והיא בונה כיום פרויקט משולב של מגורים ומלונאות בהיקף של כ- 50 אלף מ"ר שהיקפו הכספי נאמד ב- 56.6 מיליוני דולר. בנוסף החברה משתתפת בפרויקט יזמי בעיר פרם שהיקפו כ- 400 מיליוני דולר ושמתוכם חלקה של החברה הינו כ- 20%. החברה עוסקת גם בהקמה של פרויקט מרכז מסחרי בשטח של 59 אלף מ"ר שהיקפו הכספי 51 מיליוני דולר.

(TASE:NCT.B1) has bought a 20,000-sq.m. lot in the Ursus neighborhood of Warsaw for €2.4 million. The company plans to build a 19,000-sq.m. residential and office building on the site at a total investment, including the land, of NIS 179.7 million.

| Kiev / Ukraine Olimpia in 2nd Kiev project Olimpia Real Estate Holdings Ltd. subsidiary Olimpia Euro Construction BV has bought a second lot in downtown Kiev, Ukraine for $36 million. The company plans to build a 2,000 unit residential project on the site for $260 million, and expects $410 million in proceeds from it. Olimpia will finance the first stage of the project from shareholders' equity and plans to bring in partners.
