Gazit-Globe to build €100m Macedonia project
The company will build a mall, hotel, and office complex in Skopje.

Gazit-Globe Ltd. (TASE: GLOB) subsidiary Gazit Israel (Development) Ltd. has bought a 10.5-acre lot in the Macedonian capital of Skopje for €19 million. The company financed the purchase from its own sources.
The company plans to build a 60,000-square meter mall and office and hotel high-rises with 90,000 square meters of space altogether on the site at an investment of €100 million.

חברת הנדל"ן בוני התיכון נכנסת לראשונה לפעילות בפולין: החברה חתמה על הסכם לרכישת קרקע בוורשה בתמורה לכ-55 מיליון שקל (כ-10.3 מיליון אירו). הקרקע בשטח של כ-4 דונם נמצאת במרכז העיר ועליה מתוכנן להיבנות פרויקט מגורים ומסחר בהיקף כולל של כ-27 אלף מ"ר.

המתחם ממוקם בסמוך למגרשים עליהם נבנים פרויקטים חדשים למגורים. להערכת בוני התיכון ניתן יהיה לבנות על הקרקע פרויקט מגורים שיכלול כ-260 יחידות דיור וכן שטחי מסחר. ההשקעה הכוללת בהקמת הפרויקט מוערכת בכ-200 מיליון שקל (37 מיליון אירו כולל עלות הקרקע).
מנכ"ל בוני התיכון, עמי פרץ, אמר כי "החברה מזהה פוטנציאל נדל"ני משמעותי בפולין זאת בנוסף למדינות נוספות בהן היא פעילה כיום במזרח אירופה כגון רומניה והונגריה. פרץ הוסיף כי בכוונת החברה להעמיק את נוכחותה במזרח אירופה ובמקביל גם בישראל".
