The weather here reminds me of LA, it doesn't rain that often, but when it rains it pours. I have rarely seen it rain as hard as it does in Tel Aviv.

Nothing is as bad as getting a flat tire in the rain. Especially in Tel-Aviv. The other drivers show no mercy and make it difficult to change. The up side is it is good for the farmers who when it rains get free irrigation. All the streets get get washed clean after months of soot and grime. It is also the beginning of the growth of wildflowers which makes Israel very beautiful during the winter and spring.
