Am I right? I think our track record of choosing the winner and giving "12" to the winning country is now proven (I think about 10 years in a row now).. I dont think any other country has correctly voted so many times like us. just cancel all the political voting , call us and we'll tell you who won

On a side note, the attitude of some people in Israel about this makes me sick. I'm origianlly Russian (a 'full Russian', not Ukrainian or anything like that), and therefore have many Russian friends (some are 'heavy Russians'). Most of them were rooting for Russia from the start, and this deeply hurts me. When Bilan won, many of them said 'we won'. That's just sad. Mauda FTW! But 9th place is pretty good too, considering our poor record recently.

ynhockey - the baltic states have the same trouble - half of estonia is russians, a lot also in latvia - otherwise russia wouldnt get 12 point from them or the other baltics either. germany has 3 million turks so germany is also giving automatic 8-10 points to turkey. when the german guy read the results you could see turkish flags behind him. so now its a contest reduced to how many expats, same religion or neighbors.
any greek song in the final already gets auto-12 points from cyprus for the past 20 years, and about 20 countries vote the same way giving 10-12 to the same 2-3 neighbors no matter how bad the songs are. If it continues the way it did this year with broken english, bad costumes and the same silly fireworks in every third song, next year will be the last time I watch this thing.
I read some countries have dropped out and you cant blame them, it used to be "80%-20%" songs vs. politics, now its "80%-20%" politics vs. costume party.

btw. I liked both france and bosnia-herz. songs but in both what ruined good songs was too much costumes.
