|  סופה של המדינה - דוגמה מלוד סופה של המדינה: אלפי וילות ערביות בלתי חוקיות שנבנו בלוד יוכשרו עכשיו לפני עשר שנים מאות משפחות יהודיות לקחו משכנתאות כדי לקנות דירות קטנות בשכונת גני אביב בלוד, ומשלמים משכנתאות, מיסים, מים וחשמל. באותן שנים בדיוק תפסו חמולות ערביות את הקרקע בשכונת פרדס שניר, בנו מאות וילות בשטח שלא שייך להם, המדינה לא עשתה כלום, וכמובן שהם לא שילמו אגורה, בנו מסגד ענק על הקרקע, התחברו בצורה פיראטית למים וחשמל ומאז רובם לא משלמים ארנונה ומיסים. השכונה גבר גדלה ל4000 תושבים עכשיו מה תעשה מדינת ישראל? כמובן, תאשר את השכונה הבלתי חוקית של הוילות ואפילו תאפשר להם לבנות הלאה עוד וילות בתוכנית מתאר עבור השטחים שעוד לא הספיקו להשתלט עליהם. ככה נגמרת לנו המדינה בין הידיים.. היהודים ממשיכים לבנות 30 קומות ולהצטופף בקופסאות סרדינים ביוקר, הערבים בונים וילות בחינם כדאי שתקראו ëìëìä nrg - îàåú áúéí áìúé çå÷ééí áìåã "éåëùøå" áñôèîáø הדיון התמקד בשכונת פרדס שניר בעיר, בה כ-1,500 בתים צמודי קרקע, שנבנו כולם בצורה בלתי חוקית ומאכלסים מעל ל-10 אלף איש. הררי ציין כי "הבתים מחוברים בצורה בלתי תקינה למים, חשמל וביוב, התושבים לא משלמים מסים, אין שם כבישים או מדרכות. מדיניות העירייה היא לא להרוס בנייה קיימת אלא רק בנייה חדשה". | You can write dugma with a he, by the way. But anyway, back to the subject matter: It's indeed proposterous how the government and law enforcement did nothing to stop this illegal construction. I think they are afraid of bad PR or something - or maybe afraid period. This cannot continue, although it appears that it's happenning all over the country, especially in the Bedouin sector. On the other hand, the fact that the government is now recognizing these places means that they'll probably have to pay taxes, so it could be worse I guess. | |||||||||||

| Ynhockey, I am afraid you are being overly optimistic. What makes you think they will start paying taxes and bills now? I mean what could possibly happen if they didn't. Its not like the Government or anybody else would punish them or anything like that right? What can I say , I am really sorry for Ganey Aviv residents. They are in big trouble and nobody will come to the rescue. I just hope maybe that new law (Dromi law) will help a bit , if some people there get their own guns. | |||||||||||
