|  The Block - coming to ch. 10 Its going to be a hot winter race for reality shows - Israel's version of the Australian "The Block" tv reality design show is now in production! The show, also called the block (Ha'block) format is couples competing to renovate a building with 4 flats, the one that sells the highest in an auction wins. The competition is going on in a building for renovation in central Tel Aviv (doesnt give the address, anybody now?) I saw the full australian version, great show!! living inside renovations isnt easy as it sounds. but how will the israeli version handle our notorious renovation people  חיים אתגר, ינחה את הריאליטי החדש של הערוץ, ’הבלוק’, המבוססת על פורמט אוסטרלי בעל שם דומה. ’הבלוק’, שצילומיה החלו בימים אלו, עוסקת בעיצוב ואדריכלות ומתרחשת בבניין דירות נטוש במרכז ת"א. המתמודדים שמחולקים לזוגות עוברים להתגורר בבניין ובמשך התקופה עליהם לשפץ ולעצב את הבניין מן היסוד ועד הגימורים הסופיים ולהביאו למכירה במצב של פנינת נדל"ן מפוארת. הזוג שימכור את דירתו במחיר הגבוה ביותר ינצח בתכנית. | |||||||||||

| SCOOP! It's the building on the corner of Mazeh Street and Menahem Begin in Tel Aviv! (Not that I've seen it, but I will go there in a couple of days and have a look, maybe take my camera). How did you get to see the Australian version? | |||||||||||
