well, in tel aviv you dont feel like in a big city. The best thing in TLV is its size. Not too big, not to small. You can have/buy everything in TLV but (what is good) is not like New York, Berlin or London

northpole, density is a tricky thing.

first - apartment sizes are smaller here than in europe so smaller
buildings with more people in each = higher density without feeling
it in architecture.

+ in paris/ny/london etc you have very big blocks and a small area with
office towers. in tlv the towers are all around the city, and are residential
so it ups the density even if the feeling on ground is less dense in most areas.
