I think it should be much harder for them to get into the country - something should be done about that. They can't just buy a ticket and stay forever.

However, I support helping those who have made it past whatever tough restrictions are placed in similar (although lesser) ways that we help legal Jewish immigrants - i.e. free ulpan, some basic rights, etc.

I think further that conversion to Judaism should be encouraged even among Thai and Chinese immigrants, with the same benefits as many Russians for example get out of it. Then those who convert should be given citizenship, serve in the army, etc. The latter is important - they should not be exempted from service. Far Eastern citizens are generally not harmful and help can the economy greatly - they work hard and don't ask for much (and a few basic human rights won't hurt that, from my experience in Canada). Haredim are a much much bigger problem in that sense. Maybe they can be given jobs teaching scripture to the illegals on their way to conversion

Ok, well i do agree that they should stay. I mean, there is some elements in the Israeli society that people dont wanna do. Cut grass in the middle of summer or clean someones shit..take care of the old and build/renovate houses....

Our Society somehow depends on foreign workers to succeed.
They cant get the same pay.... but we should make them infrastructure and benefits in order to stay in Israel. I dont agree with illegal workers making crimes and eating peoples pets...but i do agree that they shouldt be in a tent near vinter stadium also...

I think jobs that Israelis will do should go to Israelis and limit the amount of foreign workers in that area, because the unemployment rate in Israel is way to high.
