|  Rothschild, Promenade or Park Tzameret? Ok, from what we see theres a huge competition now developing on waht will be the new "ultra luxury" area. In the red corner: Park Tzameret, a new area with 3 towers next to it (tzameret towers) and 12 aproved and 6 u/c in it up to 45 floors. All of them residential only. In the blue corner: Rothschild street, already with 7 financial towers, old restored buildings that are pubs and bars, in the heart of everything, going to be getting about 5-6 new 30f residential towers. In the yellow corner (ok so its not boxing) - Sea One, Dolphinarium and Sea&Sun, some of the very last towers planned on the promenade. Lets say you are given a choice: what do you take? Yoo/W/One tower 30th floor, or 1 Rothschild street/Guydamac Tower 30th floor? Maybe The sea wins over everything? Ding ding, the battle is on, vote! | but I think nightlife will move from there if it becomes residential. All the rich well connected residents will start to complain, and the muni will move them one by one. | |||||||||||
