| That is quite stupid, cause usually you want your city center to be vibrant, and full of activity... not silence. Silence is supposed to be for the outskirts of a city. This guy has it mixed up.

| I makes sence for Giv'atayim because it's a very small and homogeneous city, with no actual 'city center' which you want to be vibrant. However, in my personal opinion, Giv'atayim doesn't have a right to call itself a separate municipality and should be merged into either Ramat Gan or Tel Aviv as soon as possible. Then it will be an outskirt anyway and it wouldn't seem logical anymore to build anything high in its 'center'. | |||||||||||
