Hmmm...not sure about this one. Its a little too gimmicky for my taste and they need to clean up the design at the top. But its not terrible.

Crescent heights has been in talks with Ezorim for the last two months to sell the lot.

I dont think anybody will buy this lot anytime soon, theres probably already enough luxury towers, this was supposed to be "ultra luxury" but ezorim is not a ultra-luxury developer.

Let me disagree with you on this one Livni.
Ramat Gan is only awakening with regard to luxury towers development.
The prices in the city are significantly lower then in neghboring place like Tzameret park.
Therefore I think there is still a great potential there , expecially at such a good location.
And Boimelgrin did have some luxury developments around the world ,so lets wait and see and we might be surprised.
The most dissapointing part is that according to the article the whole Donald Trump involvment was actually a bluff.
