|  if we want to be professional and to succeed we have to be less sentimental about these old stadiums and move on to better new sports infrastructure. Hopefully this will push the municipalities to speed up the plans for the new Ramt gan stadium. There was no reason to keep this one right in the middle of a residential area. I do hope that they keep most of it as an open park with sport courts because the area does need big open spaces | |||||||||||

| בלעדי - עדכון לגבי מגדל אמות מגדל אמות (מתחם מחלבות) היה מתוכנן ל35 קומות. לפני חודשיים הוגשה בקשה להוסיף לו קומות ו29 אלף מ"ר כך שהוא יוכל להגיע ל-44 קומות של משרדים וביטול המגורים אין כרגע לו"ז להתחלת הבנייה והתוספת עוד לא אושרה ועוד עדכון על בית קריסטל בבורסה הועדה המקומית קיבלה את התוכנית להוסיף לבניין הקיים (9 קומות) עוד 21 קומות ועוד 3 קומות טכניון כלומר זה יהיה מגדל משרדים עם 33 קומות סה"כ זה יכלול גם שינוי של המבנה הקיים שיחליפו בו את הזכוכית מזכוכית רפלקטיבית לזכוכית שלא מסנוורת. את המגדל יוזמת חברת הביטוח הראל Last edited by Livni; 6th November 2009 at 13:00.. | |||||||||||

| Well, how many floors is it? 40 floors? 360 floors? When is it completed? 2009? or 2012? Is it under construction? Approved? Proposed? Whats the name for that tower? ENGLISH!!! I dont mind if you post in Hebrew but you can put English next to it as well. It is not hard. Your going to make more non hebrew speakers to get away from this boring forums. | |||||||||||

| Well here is a translation: The Amot tower (planned on the lot opposite Diamond Exchange) was supposed to be 35 floors. Now the developer has requested to add 9 floors and make it 44 floors instead. It is under construction (kinda). There has been alot of heavy machinery on site for last few months but they made very little progress so far. According to Livni's post the construction hasn't started yet so I don't know. The other post is about BSR tower3 which will be 35 floors. The construction already started according to the post. | |||||||||||
