Thx for the updates Livni, man Tel Aviv is booming with towers. I just hope now that the next wave of towers will be tall office towers that would look great.

and this list does not include the 4 wholesale market towers of 40-45f, the 8 towers planned in the south kirya project, 3 towers 45f of kikar hamedina, and other future projects like kardan tower or clalit tower or orlozorov towers. so yes right now theres plans for more and high towers, and theres growing trend of middle class towards prefering it, not only upper class.

as for office towers, I think the more renovations of lowrise office buildings into apartments will take place, the more office space will move from the inner city to highrise office parks. lots of law firms and banks were housed in 3-4 floor buildings that are now being sold for luxury apartments instead, so these kind of moves are creating demand.

Was Vision Tower put on-hold and just recently started construction.... i checked out emporis and it said u/c but it doesnt look like it has made any progress since 2003?
