|  Vision tower indeed was resumed recently. I believe there were some pics on the forum with a construction crane on the site. I am not sure about the progress though. I guess it is going to take a while until they clean up the site and can actually start adding floors. It is often the case for towers that have been abandoned and are being resumed , to take a while before the actual construction starts. Take for example Ayalon tower or Huggi house in Ramat Gan or Square Azrieli which took a few months between the works started on the site and floors started to grow. | |||||||||||
