The 'kippah' on Manhattan seems pretty permanent and it destroys the whole look of the building. I like Beeri Nehardaa so far and that neighbouring Amidar building has been renovated really well and you can see other building's across the street being renovated too. Thanks for the pic's.

this is outrageous!!

It wasnt in any render, Im also not sure that is how the building was approved and when I saw the renders with a triangular sloping roof I wondered how they would get elevators all the way to the top floors if they are located in the middle of the building - so now we know - the render wasnt the true image.. it was just meant to look good..

Well.... It might not be so bad, maybe they'll add some frame work on top that will hide it?

i think i know wats going on with manatthan tower...although it's different than the render, the top will probably look like the marina towers in ashdod http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...174615&page=18 at the middle-bottom of the page
