| According to the tender it is "residential, commercial and offices". I guess it is mixed use. It is three tenders in one. Every plot is marketed individually. So it could be in the end one, two or three developers, depending on who bids the highest amount. The tender does not indicate when it will be built, because once the winner is announced, he can finish construction within 5 years (I think, I could be mistaken). Lets hope for a speedy and successful start of the South Kirya project. What I dont know and I'd like to know is if this tender is the one for the apartment for rent that Meir Shitrit promissed. | |||||||||||

| good question! now I remeber that they promised to make it for fixed rents and so far it doesnt say rented apartments anywhere..
