elco tower and the ones next to it will really give a boost to the area, I think it is now starting to develop highrises, theres at least 10 highrise projects now in the east side. theres going to be lots of movement there.

2 new towers in nachalat yitzhak street + 2 more in planning and 1 under construction 27f
the street could be the rothschild avenue of the east side if instead of 2 parking lanes on each side they plant trees and a garden in the middle.

Livni the 27f tower u/c , do you mean Dankner project in the area?
Because it has been listed as u/c for like last two years and as far as I know nothing really progressed in the area.
Good to hear Elco finally started.
I remember seeing a video on themarker website where they promised to finish it in 2.5 years.

The "most expensive apartment in Israel" record has been broken again: The record that stood for only 1 year was the $13m triplex in G tower. An American investor paid this week $17m for the 32nd (top floor) of 1 Rothschild Boulevard Tower (780 sqm one floor penthouse), or 22,000$ per sqm. But it still isnt the most expensive per sqm apartment - In herzeliya pituah an apartment was sold last year for 29,700$ per sqm.
