Jabutinsky 62-4 (old assuta hospital & parking lot) - 2 towers with 120 apartments
(the new assuta tower is nearly ready, the old building will be demolished for the towers)

קבוצת משקיעים בראשות חן למדן רכשה אמש (23.1.08) 50% מישעיהו בוימלגרין מהמגרש ברחוב ז'בוטינסקי 62, בצפון תל-אביב , שעליו עומד בית החולים אסותא. הקבוצה תשלם 42.25 מיליון שקל, בצורת הלואה לבוימלגרין, שאינה אמורה להפרע. קבוצת הקונים כוללת את חברת אורין בשליטת למדן (53% ), את חברת שיווק האופנועים מטרו (33% ) ואת חברת יו.פי.אס (14%)

בנייני בית החולים אסותא אמורים להיהרס, והיזמים יבנו על המגרש מגדלי מגורי יוקרה. על פי אחת ההערכות, יבנו היזמים שני מגדלים ובהם 120 דירות, על פי הערכה זו, שילמה קבוצת למדן כ-190 אלף דולר לקרקע לדירה - מחיר נמוך בהרבה ממחירי השוק.
בוימלגרין ולמדן חתמו על הסכם לשיתוף פעולה בבנית המגדלים. עם זאת נקבע, כי בוימלגרין יקבל 55% מתמורת המכירות, וקבוצת למדן רק 45%. חלוקה זו נועדה לפצות את בוימלגרין, חלקית לפחות, על כך שהוא מוכר את המגרש במחיר נמוך.

so 60 apts. per buliding...2 15 floor buildings
i thought the towers there will be higher eventhough its in the middle of many 4 floor buildings

the new assauta building in ramat hachayal is really amazing...its huge its the size of a football stadium and it has a great design as well

reagrding the most expensive apt in israel, didnt somebody buy an apartment in rotschild 1 for 20 million dollars last year???

the article can also be read as "two towers and in them 120 flats" - so maybe 120 each.
But even if its "just" 120 it doesnt say 15 floors. if its 2-3 big apartments per floor or even one per floor, it could be 20+ floor towers. I think there was once some news on the tower as one tower of 30 floors, maybe they split it to two of 15, we'll wait and see the design.
