| Don't like the colors they have here, hopefully they use brighter colors on the renovation...don't even think about white. Lol.

| investors bought today rothschild 64 building for $4.8 m, the building has a restaurant in the ground floor. The 400 sqm property will be renovated at a cost of $2m and 250 sqm will be added. it will turned into a private villa, probably one of the most expensive in the city. they plan on more similar projects בראק קפיטל ודן להט רכשו בניין לשימור בשדרות רוטשילד בתל אביב ב-4.8 מיליון דולר מאת גיא ליברמן בכוונת הרוכשים לשפץ את הבניין ב-2 מיליון דולר ולהפוך אותו לווילה ייחודית שתועמד למכירה הבניין בשדרות רוטשילד 64. בעבר שימש את המסעדה יין יאנג תצלום: גיא רייביץ חברת הנדל"ן הישראלית בראק קפיטל, שבשליטת אנשי העסקים שמעון ויינטרוב ורונן פלד, נכנסת לעסקי הנדל"ן היוקרתי בתל אביב. החברה רכשה באחרונה, יחד בני הזוג עו"ד דן להט (בנו של ראש עיריית תל אביב לשעבר, שלמה להט) ואשתו רונית רייכמן-להט, בניין לשימור בשדרות רוטשילד תמורת 4.8 מיליון דולר. העסקה בוצעה כחלק מחברה חדשה - חברת בית - שתתמחה בנדל"ן בוטיק, שהקימו בראק קפיטל ובני הזוג להט. הבניין ברוטשילד הוא המבנה השני שהם רוכשים יחדיו. לפני כחודשיים הם קנו בניין לשימור ברחוב ביל"ו בעיר תמורת 5 מיליון שקל.
