It was in Yediot's financial section, I read it yeasterday. It said that the billioner that is buying up "Nahalat Binyamin" wants to build a "landmark" 30,000sqm building in a location that escapes me at the moment.

Among the news worth mentioning :
The building between Amot Bituah and Sonol towers has been renovated and I must admit it looks pretty great.

Dizengoff Frishman tower is finally starting according to the pics.
There is heavy machinery at the site and they are demolishing old foundations there.

Dizengoff center renovation is moving forward pretty nicely (Times Square of Tel Aviv).
According to the pics works are in progress outside and inside the mall.
Looks like they are moving pretty quicky there so maybe we will see that project done in a few months.
