| I don't know how many floors but the most surprising thing about this project is the developer  Its Ezorim owned by Shaya Boymelgreen, the same company supposed to build Elite tower. I would have thought they were going bankrupt any day now but now they started this project. I wonder what this means. | |||||||||||

| azorim isnt bankrupt. they also started new projects in rehovot & yavne (see ashdod thread) they have about 12 projects uc | |||||||||||
