Habas sold one of its two remaining lots to BSR and they will be constructing a twin of Manhattan tower which is located next to that lot.

I was also about to post it.
It looks like this will be the next to start if they have permits already.
The other habas towers have permits for 28 (30) floors the same as One Tower, so maybe they meant a twin in design.

I think they do have the permits but first they need to find buyers for these apartments .
This is a buyers group so they won't start construction unless all apartments are sold (or at least enough of them to finance the construction).
