| Developer: Israel Land Administration Client: Israel Land Administration Description: This site covers about 3,000 dunams (approximately 750 acres) of developable lands, allowing construction of nearly 2 million square meters of building space. The site is located on agricultural lands located between the cities of Ramle and Lod, and between the Nesher Cement Plant and Moshav Ahisemech. This plan provides for transportation access from Highways 40, 44, 6 and 431 situated around it by creating new entrances, partially by interchange and by diverting a railway tracks to within the site boundaries. This site is near a secondary metropolitan center that is planned to be established in the area that will form the core of the plan. The Gezer and Ayalon streams pass through the plan boundaries; these will be bordered by extensive park areas for use by local residents. The plan proposes a wide variety of land uses such as industry, commerce, offices, warehousing and high-tech. Status: Valid plan. | I like this ALOT this is a high tech/commerce park... its really nice. Would get a synergy of industries in it and can be really benefecial for the economy... | |||||||||||
