|  Im not sure they will be mixed, there is much less popularity for mixed towers, people want all-residential only.

| thats a good sign actually! IDB was reported to look for land for a 50 floor tower as main offices, they turned down ampa lot so maybe they will build one of these towers but then it wont have any residential you can be sure.
