|  Jaffa projects I did a search and couldn't find a thread related to all the projects in Jaffa, so I created this new thread (moderators, please merge this with another thread if I was wrong). |  I think this new demand is in part because of the light rail - people see that in the near future, Yafo won't be such a quagmire in terms of transportation. As it stands now, almost all the streets there are one-way and it's nearly impossible to get around. Well, not much different from south Tel Aviv. | |||||||||||

| I never had much trouble off of Jerusalem Boulevard (except waiting for a bus to the central bus station in Tel Aviv after a football match at Bloomfield). That is where I would buy an apartment so that I could easily commute to Tel Aviv for work. Unfortunately, I am ways off from buying an apartment. | |||||||||||
