| Neve Sheenan st.(S.Tel Aviv) will be renovated הרחוב שהיה מוזנח בשנים האחרונות אמור להפוך למרכז תרבות ובידור, בהשקעה כספית של העירייה רחוב נווה שאנן, שבשנים האחרונות סובל מהזנחה, אמור לעבור מתיחת פנים על ידי עיריית תל אביב. העירייה מבקשת להשקיע משאבים ברחוב, על מנת להפוך אותו מרחוב שאותו פוקדים בעיקר פועלים זרים, לרחוב מושקע, שבו תפעלנה חנויות ואף בית קולנוע. עיריית תל אביב הודיעה כי בכוונתה להקים ברחוב מתחם בזאר. גם בית קולנוע ישן אמור להתחדש באזור, וכך אמור להשתדרג מעמדו הכלכלי של הרחוב וערך הנכסים לשכירות ולמסחר בו אמור לעלות.

| Looks like a plot to get rid of the prostitution in the area... Anyway, Livni, I'm not sure you travel around Tel Aviv often, but I am sure that many people, including myself, would be very angry if the bridges around the station would disappear. It would delay access by about 5-20 minutes (depending on the direction you're coming from) due to traffic jams and therefore make it very difficult to go anywhere via Tel Aviv, which is now the central transportation hub in all Israel and has buses to everywhere (it's very convenient). I'd probably cut my use of public transportation by about 75% if the bridges were to go, and I'm a soldier! (free public transportation). | |||||||||||

| שטויות, אם היו מקימים 2-3 תחנות דפוט קטנות יותר, בכניסות לתל אביב ועל נתיבי איילון, לא רק שלא היית מאבד דקות היית חוסך לפחות רבע שעה של כניסה מיותרת לתוך נוה שאנן ולתוך התחנה מה גם שהיה נחסך מאות אוטובוסים בנתיבי איילון וחלק מהפקקים כיום התחנה המרכזית הזו זה אחד הדברים היותר מיותרים שיש
