בתחילת שנת 2008 עתיד להיפתח הקניון החדש של מודיעין. זהו הקניון השמיני של קבוצת עזריאלי. פרוייקט הבנייה נמשך שנה וחצי ויסתיים בתחילת 2008.

הקניון ממוקם במרכז העיר מודיעין, ליד תחנת הרכבת והוא ישתרע על פני 22 אלף מ"ר עם 1,700 מקומות חנייה. מנכ"ל קניוני עזריאלי, פאר נדיר, אמר כי "בקניון יפעלו למעלה מ- 130 בתי עסק והוא כולל 1,500 מ"ר למתחם המזון המהיר".

מרכז העסקים יכלול בנוסף לקניון ארבעה בנייני מגורים בני שמונה קומות וכן בנייני משרדים.

שמואל בין, מנכ"ל קניון מודיעין, אמר כי "פרויקט מודיעין ייצור בעיר מודיעין כ-500 מקומות עבודה באופן ישיר ועוד כ-800 מקומות עבודה באופן עקיף".

The Modi’im Mall will open in March 2008, says Canit Hashalom Investments CEO Nadir Peer. Canit, a subsidiary of Azrieli Group, has invested $110 million in the mall, which will become the group’s eighth mall.
The 22,000-sq.m. mall with 130 shops is adjacent to the city’s railway station, which is still under construction. Canit Hashalom recently completed leasing space in the mall, and the mall manager says he has a waiting list of 50 businesses that want to open shop. The mall’s anchors are Blue Square Israel Ltd. (NYSE: BSI; TASE: BSI) brand Super Center, New Hamashbir Lazarchan Ltd. (TASE:MSZB), Office Depot, and Super Pharm Drugstores Ltd.
