I think that the one at Hayarkon 4 is already finished. Great pics though. Does the site you got them from have information about where they are? Some of them look fantastic and I'd love to know where they are planned for.

Im beggining to like dense lowrise projects and mainly the eclectic houses bein renovated as much if not more than highrises and towers which are looking more and more the same around the world.
I would love to see a comeback for eclectic styles with details in new buildings also

Elezra cos begin Maalot mall development

The Monfort Mall will be located by Monfort Lake, a tourist destination.

Michal Margalit 7 Sep 08 14:12

Elezra Holdings Ltd. (TASE:ALZR.B1) subsidiaries Afridar Building & Development Company Ltd. and YD Albert Levy Ltd. have begun construction of the Monfort Mall shopping and recreation center in the Galilee town of Maalot-Tarshiha at a cost of $37.5 million. The mall, located at Monfort Lake, will include a 6,000-square meter shopping center, and a 6,500-square meter, 68-room luxury hotel, spa and banquet halls.

YD Albert Levy began planning the complex in 2003. Last week, Afridar acquired control of the company, including half of its rights and profits. The shopping center will be built be built first, followed by the hotel and spa. Construction of the groundwork has begun and construction of the three-floor shopping center will begin next week, and is due to be completed in March 2010.

The Monfort Mall is not the only mall being marketed in Maalot-Tarshiha. The Zim Global Group Ltd. is marketing the 12,000-square meter Zim Centers Mall, and in July, Amot Investments Ltd. (TASE:AMOT) won an Israel Land Administration (ILA) tender for a 5.5-dunam (1.3-acre) lot in the town slated for a shopping center.
