| yes but its only for the very rich, how about buidling nice buildings so that young people can afford the rent to live in the city?

| Sorry man, you've totally forgotten where you live.Lol. Yea I know that would be nice. Another dream of mine, is that the crazy prices they charge for flats in Tel Aviv would actually reflect what you're getting! And yea, yea, I know, it's all about location, but I still like to wish sometimes.

| its because govt doesnt regulate at all the housing market its all up to greedy developers and if people from outside countries can pay (for them its still cheap probably compared to london or n.y.c) - so this bubble is going to grow even more and the city will be pushing out the main residents up to today - which was young people in rented flats. its hapening already.
