On this small beginners guide I'll help you to locate the locations of some major projects on both Tel Aviv and Rishon Le-Zion (which is located south of Tel Aviv).



So let's start with the major projects on the north of Tel Aviv (the red area on the map above).



Area #1: Hatidim Industrial Area:

Major projects: The new Hatidim Tower.

Area #2: Ramat Hahayal Industrial Area:

Major projects: New high-tech buildings and a new hospital (I think).

Area #3: Bursa Industrial Area:

Major projects: Gindi Towers, City Gate Tower (the highest tower on Israel), Ayalon Tower, Trump Tower, etc.

Area #4: Park Tzameret Area:

Major projects: YOO, ONE, Manhattan Tower, etc.



The next city will be Rishon Le-Zion because no-one is talking about it even when many important projects are going on on Rishon Le-Zion area.



The first major infrastructure project is the new train rails from Tel Aviv Ahagana Station (the south-most station on Tel Aviv) to Holon, Bat Yam, Rishon Le-Zion, Yavne and Ashdod.

The 2nd major infrastructure project is the 431 road located a little bit south of the map above and it goes from Rishon Le-Zion west up to Modihin.



And now for some major projects on Rishon Le-Zion to change the central area to be very tall building based area:



The red area is the 2 Tzarfati Towers (22F each) currently under construction.

There's a plan to build 5 towers of 42F each on the purple area.

There's also a plan to build 30F+ towers on the black area.

I've been meaning to do something like this for about a year and never got around to it. Cheers Zohar! Maybe I'll follow up with other projects someday.

I have an interest in the South Bat Yam development. Maybe you can start there. Pictures would be nice. There are 4 or 5 high rise apartment buildings in various stages coming out of the ground. With more on the drawing board.

There is also development plans for the beach between Reshion and Bat Yam. Anyone know whats happening with that.
