It says they are similar to the Macedonia's...but the Macedonia's from Skopje which where tested are Slavs who originate from Central Europe...

Unless they refer to Greek Macedonia's such as the descendants of Alexander the Great? Which makes sense considering that this area was once part of Alexander's Hellenic (Greek) Empire.

Yes but what relevance does that have on the ethnic origins of the Lebanese peoples?

When they say Macedonia, I want to know if they mean true Macedonians who are of the same heritage as Athenians and who produced leaders such as Philip II or Alexander the Great or the Macedonia's from Skopje who migrated to the area above Greece in the 16th century forming a Slavic tribe with no affiliation to the Ancient Macedonians.
