I have to say I likes the old houses and smaller areas even the rundown ones better than the highrise buildings. I think this is exactly the best case to show how being a skyscraper city can make you loose your cultural identity, some of the pics if you were shown without a name you would say its new york, l.a, san fransisco, dubai, berlin.
so thats bad news and a warning signal to other countries, if china with such a huge culture is looking like everything but china, what the rest of the world will say..
