|  Brisbane-Tropical Metropolis Brisbane is the 3rd largest and fastest growing city in Australia with a metro population of nearly 2 million. The city is centered on the winding Brisbane river and is surrounded by low hills. Like all Australian cities, Brisbane is a port city with excellent beaches close by. The regions warm climate and healthy economy have attracted many people from southern cities like Sydney and Melbourne. The past three years have seen the construction of several major skycrapers and more are planned. These pics are from the internet next time I'm in Brisbane I'll take some of my own.           | |||||||||||
