Now brisbane has alot more population and that then gold coast! Gold coast has more activities than brisbane but i think brisbane is really catching up on that with the story bridge climb and much more things going up! now i know gold coast has already got q1 and maybe e1 and e2 but who do you rekon is gonna get the first real 300m+ tower im talking to the roof and not just around 300m i mean 320+ something big and great! It will be intresting to see what happends with these two cities in the future!

I have herd on the radio that all the american's and tourist's know about sydney,melbourne. and gold coast but they dont now that much of brisbane! I think brisbane needs alot more icons and things to do! like a new theme park or anything even with the ekka they should keep the rides somewhere and use it as a mini theme park or something! Anyway they need to do something

They also know Australia Zoo and Noosa (maybe even Mooloolaba). So in some ways, the tourist (and the americans of course) do know the more popular parts of the Sunshine Coast.
