So It Australian cities for me.
actually you forgot calgary, ottawa, and edmonton in the main cities of canada. as far as variety australian cities doesnt have much. toronto, montreal, vancouver all vary. weather wise canada has no variety except in some parts of british colombia where its not really cold. australian cities arent cold lol they all have the same kind of weather.

Some other cities to take note of are Ottawa (http://www.geocities.com/watpics5/im...wa/skyline.jpg), Calgary (http://calgaryurban.com/images/skylinefuturesouth.jpg) and Edmonton (http://www.yagotta.ca/images/edmonton.jpg)

Now for some Australian cities:

Some others to take note of are Perth, (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...th_Skyline.jpg), Adelaide (http://www.smh.com.au/ffximage/2007/...elaide_470.jpg) and the Gold Coast (http://www.photography-plus.com/imag...st071303_5.jpg).
are you an australian? because by looking at the images you posted it looks like you were trying to make australian cities seem better. you posted the same pic of toronto twice(by same i mean pics showing the same thing but with a different angle), 3 pics of montreal werent pics, same pic of vancouver is posted twice and one isnt even a pic, ottawa doesnt have a pic, and the calgary pic doesnt work. while the australian pics all work and have different shots of the cities which make it look better. its not that big of a deal but it does give australian cities an unfair advantage thus helping in the votings.
