| I don't know.. I'm from Argentina, in the other side of America. I like small cities and I think Ottawa is one of them. It seems to be really colorful in spring and summer. so my vote goes for this city!. Maybe, one day,when I visit Canada, I'll change my mind. But this is not the moment.
